Each result shows when the bank rate was last updated. Stale data remains available for reference but is excluded from ranking when current offers are available.

How Rates Are Sourced and the Best Rate Is Selected

Bank rates are obtained from official bank websites or APIs. Official NBRB data is obtained through its public API.
Each rate includes its update time. Stale data is labeled and excluded from ranking when current offers are available.
KursPulse keeps the last successfully retrieved data available during maintenance.
Best rates are calculated separately for selling currency to a bank and buying currency from a bank. If rates are equal, the bank with the lower spread ranks first, followed by alphabetical order.
Rates are normalized to one currency unit for comparison. BYN amounts are displayed to two decimal places and exchange rates to four, with no undisclosed promotional adjustments.
